My partner and I started this business together as we are both huge lovers of health, wellbeing and overall living a quality life! We strongly believe that the environment we place ourselves truly reflects who we are!

That is why we decided to launch an online humidifier and diffuser shop!
There is honestly nothing better than walking into a room, and the air smells crisp, clean and aromatic! It immediately lifts your spirits and can almost certainly put a smile on your face!

We just hope that we can both put a smile on all of your faces! :)

What is your Returns Policy?
PLEASE READ FIRST!
We are people just like you and also love to shop online! So we 100% understand and know that from time to time, the odd mistake or problem may occur!
If you do have any issues at all, and we mean any issues, no matter what! Please just email us here.

As we said before, we are people just like you and we will work our hardest to resolve any issues you have!

We want to look after you! You are our customers, and without you, we are nothing. We will always make sure you are well looked after and will never be out of pocket!

Our Refund Policy can be found here and a quick summary can be found below.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

We will only refund on faulty products, we will NOT refund on change of mind purchases. We will not refund orders after they have been processed and/or in transit.

Proof of the product being faulty will need to be made evident prior to the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

What is your shipping policy and how long will shipping take?
FREE SHIPPING!
Yes, that is right! We offer FREE Shipping on all orders over AUD$100! 
We will always do our best to ensure you receive your purchased product/s in the fastest time possible!

However, due to our products occasionally going viral and being in high demand, we like to give you an estimated time frame that your product should arrive at its correct destination!

Please allow for the following:

  • An initial 3-5 business days to process your order
  • USA, Australia, Canada, UK and Europe orders: 1-2 weeks arrival
  • Rest of the world: 2-3 weeks arrival

COVID-19 DELAYS
Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer delays in our fulfilment and shipping. We ask that you please be patient during these times.
The above is merely an estimated time frame, some products will come much sooner, and others will come within the above-mentioned time frames.
If by the rare chance your product has not arrived in the given time frames, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly figure out the issue and come to a resolution!

    Is your business safe from COVID-19?

    Here at Miss Misty Boutique, we have reduced our number of staff working in the office and warehouse to keep in line with World Health Organisation guidelines. This may add a minor delay to our processing times, however we strongly believe that staying safe is the number one priority for all of our amazing staff, family and friends!

    We have also implemented strict working guidelines and procedures at all of our work stations. This includes frequent sanitisation of all surface areas, frequent washing of hands and also following social distancing requirements.

    The above are are just a small handful of ways we are doing our part to flatten the curve and staying safe!

    We hope all of our wonderful customers are staying safe too! 


    Where do you ship from? (UPDATE 1/04/2020)

    We are based in Australia! We are based in Newcastle, NSW on the East Coast of Australia! 

    UPDATE

    We currently ship our products from our warehouse in China/Hong Kong

    In normal circumstances, we have an amazing and hard working team who manufacture, inspect, package and ship all of our products to us in Australia!

    Once we receive all of the products, we then do a final quality check and proceed to hand pack all of our customers orders, ready for delivery! :)

    However, due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, for us to go through the above-mentioned standard procedure with all of the current border restrictions in place, it would take far longer for our customers to receive their orders!

    We know the last thing our customers want is for slow shipping, therefore we made the decision, for at least the near future, to have our amazing team in China and Hong Kong to directly ship the orders out to all of our customers around the world.

    Please be assured, the above process, in this current climate, is 100% the faster and safer option for everyone! We also are still providing our usual 100% shipping and quality guarantee!
