Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. 

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

We are people just like you and also love to shop online! So we 100% understand and know that from time to time, the odd mistake or problem may occur!

As we said before, we are people just like you and we will work our hardest to resolve any issues you have!

We want to look after you! You are our customers, and without you, we are nothing. We will always make sure you are well looked after and will never be out of pocket!

Pricing
Our stores main currency is in AUD, please be sure to understand that there a conversions to different currencies and the charged amount will differ from the AUD amount if you are located outside of Australia.

For instance, if you are located in the United States and you are viewing the order cost in USD, you will still be charged in AUD. Therefore the order cost will be more as that is how currency conversions work.

It is the same on every online store and all around the world, PLEASE be sure to have the correct currency selected before you commit to an order.

We will NOT refund any money for customers who do not read this and understand there are multiple currencies in the world.

Shipping

Please allow for the following:
  • 3-5 business days processing time.
  • USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK and Europe: 4-6 weeks.
  • Canada and rest of the world will have a longer delivery time 6-7 weeks. 

Please note, due to COVID-19, Canada borders are slowly releasing imports which is why delivery takes longer. This is out of our control and should be considered upon purchasing. 

    COVID-19 DELAYS

    Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing longer delays in our fulfilment and shipping. We ask that you please be patient during these times.

    The above is merely an estimated time frame, some products will come much sooner, and others will come within the above-mentioned time frames.

    If by the rare chance your product has not arrived in the given time frames, please contact us immediately so that we can quickly figure out the issue and come to a resolution!

      Where do you ship from? (UPDATE - 1/04/2020)

      We are based in Australia! We are based in Newcastle, NSW on the East Coast of Australia! 

      We currently ship our products from our warehouse in China/Hong Kong

      In normal circumstances, we have an amazing and hard working team who manufacture, inspect, package and ship all of our products to us in Australia! 

      Once we receive all of the products, we then do a final quality check and proceed to hand pack all of our customers orders, ready for delivery! :)

      However, due to the current circumstances of COVID-19, for us to go through the above-mentioned standard procedure with all of the current border restrictions in place, it would take far longer for our customers to receive their orders! 

      We know the last thing our customers want is for slow shipping, therefore we made the decision, for at least the near future, to have our amazing team in China and Hong Kong to directly ship the orders out to all of our customers around the world.

      Please be assured the above process  in this current climate is 100% the faster and safer option for everyone! We also are still providing our usual 100% shipping and quality guarantee!

      Returns
       
      Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      We will only refund on faulty products, we will NOT refund on change on mind purchases.

      Proof of the product being faulty will need to be made evident prior to the return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
      Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

      Refunds (if applicable)
      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      You must return the item at your expense.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at here.

      Sale items (if applicable)
      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

      Exchanges (if applicable)
      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here.

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Remember! Contact us HERE if you need anything at all! 

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
